Veritas Wine Room - Dallas Wine Bars
Veritas Wine Room is owned by Brooks and Bradley Anderson, who were born and raised in Dallas; however, their French grandmother raised them to love culture and travel and both brothers studied in France. Both brothers became lawyers, but couldn't ignore their passion for food and wine. They opened Veritas Wine Room to be a friendly, warm space for locals to enjoy a good glass of wine without pretension.
Every Tuesday night, Veritas serves up half priced wines by the glass with Cane Rosso's legendary pizza. The wines are reasonable throughout the week, but it's hard to pass up the Tuesday night offerings if you love wine and pizza (and really, who doesn't?). Veritas posts a wine list on their website, but the wines are constantly changing to keep things fresh for regulars.
